Why is the Free Home Trial currently unavailable?


We are in the process of making various system improvements to our website that will allow us to offer you an even better online shopping experience in the future. Unfortunately these changes require us to disable our free home trial service for a while.





When will the Free Home Trial service be available again?


At this point we cannot provide an exact date for when the service will be available again, but we’re working on reintroducing it at a date in the near future. We hope that you’ll find our on-site tools like the Best Fit Machine helpful with finding the right frames in the meantime. If you subscribe to our marketing emails, you’ll be among the first to hear when our Free Home Trial is back.

Already ordered a Home Trial?


Not to worry, if you already placed a Home Trial order previously, it’s still being processed as normal.





Need to return a Home Trial you recently received?


To return your Home Trial, simply follow the instructions on the leaflet that came with it. When applying the free return label to the box, make sure to fully cover the original address label on the front, without covering the barcode, on the side that starts with ‘SR’. Home Trials must be returned after seven days from receipt.
