My husband loves them

Poor build quality as first pair I was sent was faulty. Replacement pair that was issued had the same fault

I purchased my glasses back in August 2024. In March 2025, the screw that holds the lens came off, causing the lens to fall and shatter completely. I spoke to Rachel and Shine, who were very helpful. They assisted me in ordering the same glasses, which I paid for by card. However, once the glasses were shipped, they billed the balance, meaning I did not end up paying for the replacement. They also asked me to return the damaged glasses, which I did. I am now just waiting for them to refund the postage that I had to pay. Overall, 5-star service!
