120 days to return

At Glasses Direct, we make our returns process quick and easy. So, if you’re unhappy with your new glasses for any reason, you can return them for free within 120 days – lenses included! Just follow these 3 simple steps below:

Go to “My orders”, find the item/order you want to return and click on the “return” button. Follow the instructions and confirm how you would like us to proceed.

You’ll get an email with a barcode you can use to print a free return label at a UPS Access Point, or you can print the label yourself if you prefer.

Posting at a Post Office

Re-seal your return in the box it arrived in, use the free return label and drop it off at your nearest UPS Access Point.

Our no-quibble returns policy covers both frames and lenses (including bifocals and varifocals!), but please note that Premium Designer orders must be returned with their case and wipe, in the same condition in which you received them. Even if you have made a mistake, or simply changed your mind, you won’t be charged.

Please allow 3-5 days for us to process your return once we've received the package in the post, at which point you’ll receive an automated email. Any exchanges or adjustments to prescription will usually be shipped within 7 days, but please allow a bit longer if it’s varifocals or a complex order/prescription.

Prescription and faults

If there is a prescription issue with your return and you’re seeking correction, please contact our customer services team with the details. Please don't include your prescription in the parcel that's being returned, just send us a scan or photo via email. If there's a fault, our qualified opticians will investigate to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
