  • I was under the impression I had bought 2 pairs (one for computer and one for reading)I accepted the computer pair was more expensive However, instead of paying for 2 pairs the extra £50+ was for some coating on the reading glasses! so only received one pair of glasses. Only told this after I queried delivery about my second pair- I feel I was misled on their web site so advise to double check. Nice glasses but no different with computer- unfortunately they slip off as too long behind the ear- unfortunately and annoyingly as I like the range but I will return to Specsavers. I lose/break glasses too often so never spend more than £40/£50 a pair so rather annoyed

  • Glasses direct charged me 3 x times for the order. They took 1 x payment correctly. The other 2 x payments are totally false and despite numerous assurances they have not cancelled or reversed the pending payments which have been on my credit card for almost 4 weeks. Their service has declined significantly since they introduced new systems in October, Buyer beware,
